11月７日夕方、各国劇団員は、しいの実シアターでの登録を済ませたあと、アルバホールに向かいました。今か今かと待つホストファミリーの手には、それぞれ手作りのウエルカムサイン。そして、やっと午後７時過ぎ、劇団員を乗せたバスが到着。この瞬間を待っていたホストファミリーのあたたかい出迎えは、各国の劇団員にとって、大きな喜びだったようです。
この様子は、ＮＨＫ「しまネット」で中継放映されました。
In the evening of November 7th after having
finished registering at Shiinomi Theatre,
the members of participating theatre groups
from various countries, headed for Alba Hall.
The host families holding lovingly made,
handwritten welcome signs were filled with
eager anticipation. Around 7 P.M., the bus
with the theatre members finally arrived.
The host families met the participants most
enthusiastically. This warm welcome seemed
to give great joy to the members of the theatre
groups.
This first encounter was broadcast live by
NHK "Shimanet."
