上演について/Regarding the Performances
リハーサル１２０分、本番前の準備４０分、上演６０分、バラシ（片づけ）１０分という厳しいルールを守りながら、参加５劇団がコンテスト方式で競い合いました。
しいの実シアターは、客席数最大１３４席の小さな劇場のため、各劇団とも連続２ステージの上演。これは、俳優にとっても劇団にとっても、１回目よりもレベルアップした舞台をつくることができ、本当の実力が発揮できるとてもよい方法でした。
120 minutes for rehearsal, 40 minutes for
setting up, performances of no more than
60 minutes, striking the set & clean
up in 10 minutes are the strict rules that
the five participating theatre groups endorsed
and competed under.
Because Shiinomi Theatre is a small theatre
with a maximm capacity of 134 seats, each
group gave two back-to-back performances.
One major benefit of this style was that
it gave the performing theatre groupes a
chance to improve their individual and collective
performances, thereby proving an opportunity
to exemplify their real performing ability.
